Our 100% pure organic henna powder is a natural, ammonia free hair dye made from the leaves of Lawsonia inermis. Free from peroxide, synthetic dyes and harsh chemical colourants, it offers a gentle plant-based way to colour your hair naturally.
Henna contains a natural pigment called lawsone, which bonds with the keratin in your hair to create long-lasting, natural-looking colour. Unlike chemical hair dyes, pure henna works with your existing hair colour to enhance depth, shine and warmth.
What Colour Does Pure Henna Create?
Pure henna naturally produces warm red, copper and auburn tones. On darker hair, it blends with your natural colour to create subtle highlights rather than lightening the hair.
There is no such thing as natural “brown henna”, “black henna” or “blonde henna”. These are usually blends of henna with other plant ingredients to achieve different shades.
Our Certified Organic Henna Powder meets recognised Australian organic standards and are independently verified by ACO, giving you confidence that the organic claim is genuine.
It contains only pure Lawsonia inermis leaf powder — with no additives, PPD, ammonia, peroxide, synthetic dyes or metallic salts.
