Online Shopping
Shopping online for Nature Shop's ingredients is perfectly safe. Orders can be made through our website, email, fax or telephone. International customers can pay using Paypal or Bank transfers. We process credit card information using E-path (www.e-path.com.au) as a secure medium to obtain information and subsequently use Commonwealth Bank's (www.commbank.com.au) Evolve to process the information.
  1. Select the item/s from the web site and proceed to the Payments Option. All figures are quoted in Australian Dollars.
  2. Prices do not include GST/VAT for sales within Australia. International sales do not attract GST/VAT. Items that attract GST/VAT will be indicated on the Web page before the order is made, as well as being reflected on the order.
  3. A copy of the order will be emailed to the customer on completion.
  4. Based on the emailed order, we will email you a quote/invoice which will include the freight costs and discounts as applicable.
  5. Packages within Australia are sent by registered mail, satchels, express post or courier. Overseas packages will be sent by standard airmail, registered international or express post international.
  6. Shipping will take place within 3 working days of a confirmed receipt (by our financial institution) of payment through Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Direct Debit, Cheque, Bank transfer or Money Order.
  7. We will email you the final invoice as a confirmation of the shipment.

Shipping
  1. Freight calculation is based on weight, volume and destination, as per Australia Post guidelines (http://www.australiapost.com.au)
  2. In general, postal costs within Australia reduce per unit as the weight increases. This means, that a 250gm package will cost more per gm compared to a 1Kg package.
  3. As a norm, we standardise the boxes we use and also use recycled boxes wherever possible.
  4. Nature Shop takes no responsibility for any items lost or damaged or any delay that occurs during Australia Post shipping. Items shipped by ordinary mail cannot be tracked after dispatch. Therefore the customer will assume all risk in situations such as these.
  5. Nature Shop recommends mailing by Registered Post.
Bulk Order Guidelines
Similar to all natural ingredients, the prices and availability of our natural botanical ingredients vary based on the seasonality of its raw material, currency fluctuations and other similar extraneous factors. For queries made on a working day, Nature Shop will provide a reply within 24 hours of its receipt.
  1. A pro-forma order can be raised on us by phone, email, fax and post. We strongly advice written communication to avoid errors.
  2. Local freight costs from our warehouse, can be based on either your choice of transport company or using one of our standard suppliers.
  3. Insurance is not included in Nature Shop's price.
  4. We will advice you in writing of the final price, expected delivery date and local freight costs of your order.
  5. A written confirmed Purchase Order (PO) with the final price and delivery date is to be raised on Nature Shop by email, fax or post.
  6. International orders should also follow the above steps and we will work with you to reduce freight costs based on your ship to location.
Pricing & Taxes
  1. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our catalogue & website do not include GST.
  2. GST is applied for all non-food orders within Australia on taxable items. GST is applied for all freight within Australia.
  3. International orders do not incur GST/VAT, however, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment for which Nature Shop assumes no responsibility. If you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office.
  4. All prices are quoted x-works and do not include shipping & transportation costs.
Cancellation
  1. Cancellation of orders where terms have been prior agreed to, will incur full cancellation costs.
  2. Orders left without payment beyond 3 weeks will be automatically deleted from our system.
Return and Replacements
  1. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order. No returns or exchange will be allowed after 5 working days from receipt of your order.
  2. Any problems reported after 5 working days which are not the fault of Nature Shop will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns will not be accepted beyond 1 month.
  3. If the goods are returned by Australia Post, reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in refund/credit, only if the error lies with Nature Shop. International returns/refunds will also be accepted where the fault lies with Nature Shop. Please ensure full tracking details (airway bill or tracking number) are provided in order to monitor the speed of the parcel being sent back.
  4. If an error has been made by Nature Shop with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will gladly pay for return shipment
  5. Errors made by clients when placing their order can be returned if reported within 5 working days and products are unopened. This will incur the 20% restocking fee. Goods must arrive in re-saleable condition. Return freight will be at customer's expense.
  6. Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, contact information, as well as why the goods are being returned.
Customer Complaints
We treat all customer complaint seriously and will deal with them promptly. Please click to download the
Customer Complaint Form, which can be returned via email. We will respond within 3 working days.
Payment Terms
Depending on commercial considerations, some orders may incur a non-refundable deposit when the PO is raised on Nature Shop. Based on commercial considerations, a credit period can be negotiated. In general, Nature Shop invoice must be settled in full before any goods are dispatched from its warehouse.
Payment Options :
  • COD is available for customers in Sydney. The payment must be made by cheque as most couriers
    do not accept cash.
  • Direct deposits - please fax or email us your official Direct Deposit receipt with the invoice number and company name.
  • Cheques and money orders - please quote the invoice number and business name on the rear of the financial instrument.
  • PayPal - accepted.
  • Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard also accepted. We may in some cases, such as International orders, insist on payment via Paypal.

Guide to Online Shopping at Nature Shop
Primary features of online shopping at Nature Shop :-
  • The process is very safe as no financial transaction is requested at the time of placing the order. The primary reason for this is that freight costs are based on various factors such as net weight, destination and volume. We will email you a quote once we receive the order which will include the freight cost and options on payment. You can then decide what best works for you.
  • Payment can be made via a 3rd party system such as Paypal, your bank site (direct debit), credit card etc., none of which has any connection with Nature Shop. Paypal accept payments in Australian Dollars.
  • Credit card payments for sales in Australia can be made using Visa and Mastercard . We will email you a secure link for payment. Overseas sales will continue to be through Paypal.
  • A dispatch advice is always emailed with the invoice details for tax purposes. Overseas orders will have the invoice within the package for customs clearance.
  • We aim to turnaround all Internet orders within 2 working days after receiving receipt of confirmation of the payment from our financial institution.
  • Customer details are never disclosed to any 3rd party without your explicit written permission.
