Fruit Powders
We are introducing a new range a natural fruit powders within a week. These fruit powders are obtained by rapidly spraying the juice of the fruit with hot gas to dry it. They have no added sugar and when mixed with water will form the original juice. The powders have a long shelf life and has no preservative. Ideal to make milk shakes or smoothies, or use in desserts, sauces or marinades to get the natural fruit flavour.
