Nature Shop's natural botanical ingredient category include oleoresins. Oleoresins can be described as the true essense of spices as it contains the volatile as well as non volatile constituents of natural whole or ground spices. It can replace whole/ground spices without impairing any flavour and aroma characteristic. The volatile and non-volatile components in an oleoresin can be tailored for individual flavours which is why its vital to nominate the specifications of the oleoresin at the time of a purchase. Custom made blends of oleoresins are also offered to suit the specific requirement of the buyer. Oleoresins are used in the food industry (capsicum, pepper), in the cosmetic industry (rosemary) and in the pharmaceutical industry (Piperine, Capsacin). All our oleoresins come from India which produces 80% of the world's demand. Some oleoresins also come as spray dried powders which is water soluble. Click here for more information. We guarantee the oleoresin quality unconditionally . A sample of our range of food grade (HACCP, ISO, GMP, non-GMO and Kosher certified) Oleoresins is indicated below. The product list within each range is extensive based on the percentages of essential oils and non-volatile components present in the oleoresin. We can supply any oleoresin we do not stock in Sydney, Australia at a minimum cumulative quantity of 10 Kg (i.e a mixture of different oleoresins in 1Kg pack size per oleoresin delivered by courier). For cumulative quantities 25Kg and over, shipment will be by air-freight which is much cheaper than courier. The ingredient will take on average 2.5 weeks to be delivered.
